Maintenance & support
Shipping isn't the end
Our software maintenance and support services keep your product running, improving, and not randomly crashing at 2 AM.
You had a problem. Now you don't.
Before
Software decays while you are not looking. Dependencies go unsupported, certificates expire, an OS update breaks a screen that worked for two years, and the person who understood the deploy has moved on.
After
We take that on. Monitoring that tells us before your users do, patching on a schedule rather than in a panic, and a defined response time when something does go wrong at 2 AM.
What's covered
Monitoring and alerting
Uptime, errors, and performance watched continuously, with alerts routed to a person rather than into a dashboard nobody has open.
- Uptime and synthetic checks
- Error tracking
- Performance budgets
Incident response
A defined response time, a named escalation path, and a written post-incident note explaining what happened and what stops it recurring.
Dependency and security patching
Libraries, frameworks, and base images kept current on a schedule, so an urgent CVE is a routine update rather than an emergency.
OS and platform upgrades
iOS and Android releases handled before they break your app, including the store policy changes that arrive with them.
Bug fixes and small improvements
The steady stream of small things that never justify a project but quietly decide whether the product feels maintained.
Cost and capacity review
Cloud spend and capacity reviewed regularly, because the bill grows on its own and nobody is assigned to notice.
How it works
- 01
Take over properly
We learn the system, document what was undocumented, and fix whatever is already on fire before agreeing to a steady state.
- 02
Instrument it
Monitoring, alerting, and error tracking in place first — you cannot support what you cannot see.
- 03
Agree the cover
Hours, response times, escalation, and what counts as an incident. Written down, so nobody is negotiating during an outage.
- 04
Run and report
Patching on schedule, fixes as they arrive, and a monthly report of what happened, what changed, and what it cost.
- 05
Review and adjust
Cover level revisited as usage changes, in both directions. Paying for cover you do not need is as wrong as not having enough.
Don't take our word for it
Blink22 did a really great job. Professional, patient, did everything we agreed upon. They are now my go-to team for mobile apps.
Recently launched, the applications are functioning well and meeting all requirements. The team was responsive throughout the project, meeting most scheduling milestones, and working effectively.

Stuff you'd normally have to email us about
Yes. We keep the app compatible with new iOS and Android releases, including the adjustments an OS change forces, security updates, and the minor compatibility fixes that arrive with them.
Yes, and often. We start with a takeover phase — learning the system, documenting it, and fixing what is already broken — before committing to response times on it.
