Cross-platform for most products — one codebase, two stores, and a meaningfully smaller bill. Native when the product depends on something the bridge does its worst work on: heavy graphics, deep hardware access, or background processing. We will tell you which yours is before you commit.
We scope every project into weekly milestones before kickoff, so you always know what is shipping and when — not just a delivery date somewhere in the future.
By budgeting for it rather than optimising afterwards. Payloads and bundle size get a ceiling in the spec, lists virtualise, images ship at the size they render, and reads are cached so the screen has something to draw before the network answers. Offline-first where the product allows it. Then it is measured on the low-end device your analytics say a third of your users hold, not on the machine it was built on.
