Initial Requirements
Nordic Gamekeeper AB, based in Sweden, is known for creating smart wildlife monitoring tools that connect nature with technology. Their flagship device, FeedCon®, enables hunters and landowners to automate and track feeding systems remotely.
Through a strategic partnership with All Seasons Feeders®, Nordic Gamekeeper introduced this technology to the U.S. market. While Nordic Gamekeeper handled the firmware and cloud infrastructure, Blink22 was entrusted with developing the ASF FeedCon mobile app, a polished, intuitive experience designed for a new audience.
This project marked another milestone in Blink22’s collaboration with Nordic Gamekeeper, extending our shared vision of making connected outdoor technology accessible, reliable, and user-friendly.
Challenge
Launching ASF FeedCon for the U.S. market meant adapting a technically advanced European platform into a localized, intuitive mobile experience.
We needed to:

Approach
To bring ASF FeedCon to life, we started with a deep dive into the ecosystem of Nordic Gamekeeper devices, understanding how users interact with feeders, trail cams, and SIM services.
Our approach combined UX research, mobile architecture refinement, and cross-platform design alignment to ensure the app felt natural, responsive, and scalable.

Conducted a full audit of existing FeedCon user flows and localized them for a U.S. audience.
Prioritized frequent actions (like scheduling feeds or manual dispensing) to reduce friction and steps.
Simplified visual hierarchies and copy for clarity.

Implemented Braintree and 3DS2 for secure in-app payments.
